Easy scarf crochet pattern: Day 3 of the Relax and Hook blog hop

Easy scarf crochet pattern - folks it's right in the name! Day 3 of the Relax and Hook blog hop features the Easy Peasy Rainbow Scarf. Scarves are terrific projects for beginners because you get to make a decent sized piece of fabric that gives you lots of practice, but you're not tackling something as large as a blanket.

I like a lot of things about this pattern - it's made from basic stitches (single and double crochet) in nice long rows that will give you lots of practice, without the stress of having to follow a complicated pattern. It's a two-row repeat that involves making post stitches. This would be a terrific project for a confident beginner who understands stitch and fabric anatomy to give post stitches a try, and there's a photo tutorial for the post stitch used! The end result is so colourful and it looks a lot more complicated than it is to make.

Click on the button below to head to Ravelry and add the pattern for the Easy Peasy Rainbow Scarf to your cart and then use the code MINDFULCROCHET at checkout. The discount only applies from 8.00am (EDT) on September 3rd, 2022 to 8:00am (EDT) on September 4th, 2022.
