Crocheted items purchased online are either ready to ship and sold as-is or made to order. Both are therefore final sale. If you are unhappy with an item you received from Small But Kinda Mighty please email info@smallbutkindamighty.com so we can discuss.

All digital downloads (including crochet patterns and educational materials) and gift cards are non-returnable.

If you book one-on-one crochet time with me then your payment will be refunded, provided you cancel your lesson at least 24 hours in advance.
